  Bekins has been TERRIBLE!!! 2 weeks after they picked up our stuff and we still don’t have it. They RUINED Christmas because our Christmas present were on the truck! And no one bothered to tell us!! Two days after the delivery window started we started trying to track our stuff down to find out when it would be delivered. We got the run around- call this person, no this person. We left five messages and no return calls. Finally on Friday before Christmas, at the end of the business day we get an email. No one can even bother to call us. Oh your stuff is going to be there a WEEK after the last day of the delivery window which will be over TWO weeks from when it was picked up and well after Christmas. Still haven’t heard from anyone so who even knows. I am livid. I have 4 kids and no stuff! We are living out of suitcases and are running out of clothes. I had to go buy new presents for my kids in one day. And what makes it the worst is that no one could even call us. I will try as hard as I can to prevent anyone from using this terrible company and save them the trouble we’ve been through.
  *updating to add that our stuff was NINE days late. That’s 9 days after the generous 5 day window They gave themselves. They offer $75/day or $150/day if you provide receipts for lodging as if you could lodge a family of SIX for $150/day never even mind food. Also SO much of our stuff was broken. It’s like they didn’t even try. I was told someone would call me to talk about the damaged items but nope, once again, they had their money so why would they bother to call me? Horrible experience.
